How do I place an order?
If you’re in the UK mainland please use the “add to basket” button by each product. When checking out you’ll be taken to the Paypal payment system, where you can pay either by bank or credit card, or through your Paypal account. Post and packing charges are included in the item price for orders within the UK mainland.
Can I order Wholesale?
If you are a retailer and would like to resell my products please send a mail to sales@nancynicholson.co.uk We’ll send you a wholesale price list and further contact details.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are currently included in the price, but we are working on changing this in the future.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Payments are made using Paypal, in UK Pounds Sterling (UK £) Visa and MasterCard are also excepted if you don't have a paypal account, simply proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions.. During the payment process you'll be redirected to a secure Paypal site to enter your card details.
Can I order for delivery outside the UK Mainland?
Payments are made using Paypal, in UK Pounds Sterling (UK £). If you’re outside the UK mainland please send an email with your requirements to sales@nancynicholson.co.uk and we will give you a price including postage costs. Typically this will be a small supplement between £1-3, and will be charged to reflect actual postage cost. Please don’t use the “add to basket” buttons. We’ll send you a separate Paypal invoice which you can pay either from a Paypal account or with a bank/credit card. .
Can I pay by cheque?
If you prefer to pay by cheque please send an email to sales@nancynicholson.co.uk and we will send you further instructions. Note that goods will only be dispatched when payment has cleared.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to despatch all orders by the next working day (this excludes orders paid for by cheque, which we will despatch as soon as your cheque clears). All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class packet or parcel rate, whichever is most appropriate. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class mail the next working day. Parcel post usually takes 3-5 working days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?
You order is processed on the same day after receipt of your order. We aim to post within two days. You will receive an email confirmation and a paper invoice with your parcel.
What do i do if I want to return an item?
If you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us. If the item is in its original condition we will issue a full refund. We recommend that you receive proof of postage or return it by recorded delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. Should you wish to cancel your order after you have paid and before it has been dispatched please email sales@nancynicholson.co.uk
